Our own Ben Nguyen competed at the Spartan Race on July 11th. Ben finished the course in 45:08.

Our Barbell Instructor, Antonio Lopez wins 2 Gold (62 kg Clean and Jerk , 62 kg total lifts) & Silver Medal (62 kg Snatch) at the PWA's in Reno!
For winning the event, Antonio now qualifies to compete in the University Nationals, Utah scheduled for Sep 24th-27th.
Prior to the Nationals, Antonio is preparing for the Redwood Empire Championships, Redwood City in August.
Congrats to Antonio for the hardwork and let's continue to cheer him on for the next round of events.
